Printing

Overview

You can select the Beyond Software printing function at the screen level by clicking Print Screen  on the main toolbar or by pressing Ctrl+P. Print Preview appears and shows the current screen shot.

Print Preview includes options for printing the whole screen shot or for enlarging the screen shot to zoom into specific sections before printing. The zoom   icon to the right side of the print icon opens a menu of sizing options.

You can also click the down arrow to the right of the Print Screen button, which provides one or more of these additional print options, depending on the screen you have open when you click the arrow:

Print Detail Grid 

Print Apply To Grid 

Print Invoices Report

Print Invoice/Adjustment

Print Project Invoice 

Print Formatted 

Note: In addition to the Print Screen button on the toolbar, there are several Beyond Client screens used for printing. See Print Checks, Print Customer Statements, Print Invoices, and Print Project Invoices.

All printing in Beyond Software first produces an on-screen version that you can review before you print a physical copy.
