Expected Cash Report

Overview

Expected Cash Report displays the expected cash receipts based on existing customer invoices.

Report Options

Internal – Enter the date of the last day of the week for which you want to print a weekly timesheet.

Customer Class  Select the customer class which represents the group of customers to be included on the report.

Customer – Click Lookup to select the customers to be included on the report. One or more customer id’s may be selected. If the field is empty, all customers will be considered for inclusion on the report.

Date Used – Select which date the report should use to determine which documents to include compared. Options include Discount Date or Due Date.

Start Date – Enter the date to use as the first day to determine how much cash receipts are possible to receive.

Assume Discounts Taken – Select this check box to have discounts included on each document displayed on the report. This reduces the amount of cash expected by the discount amounts assuming the customer pays in time to take advantage of the discount.

Include Adjustments – Select this check box to include adjustment documents on the report. The check box defaults to checked.

Detail Level – Select Summary to have the transactions summarized by Project ID. Select Detail to display individual transactions. This option defaults to Detail.
