Bank Account Reconciliation displays the cleared adjustments, checks and deposits as well as any uncleared checks. The bank account balance is included after each transaction to show how the individual transactions were processed. The report summarizes the total of adjustments, checks and deposits at the end of the report. This report is helpful at understanding the flow of transactions in and out of bank accounts.
Note: This report applies to reconciliations that were performed using either Bank Account Reconciliation or the Bank Statement Reconciliation process.
Internal Company – The company from which the data is being reported.
Bank Account – Select the bank account from the dropdown list that you wish to report on.
Statement Date From/To – Enter the range of dates to report on in the From and To fields.
Status – Select which transactions you want to include on the report. Select Pending if you want to include transactions that are not yet posted. Select Posted if you only want to see the posted transactions.
