Use Email Address Types to define the kinds of email addresses that you plan to use.
Setting Up Email Address Types
Select Administration | Setup | Email Address Types.
Click New to create a new email address type.
In Type, specify the kind of email address.
Click Save and New, or click Save and then click New, to save the current email address type and start adding the next.
Editing Existing Email Address Types
Select Administration | Setup | Email Address Types.
Use the pointer to put the focus on the email address type that you want to change, and then click Properties .
Make the changes that you want, and then click Save.
